About K!DS ’n Missions
Founded in 2001, K!DS ’n Missions exists to fulfill the Matthew 28:19 mandate to “go and make disciples of all nations” by equipping and empowering children’s ministry leaders to build thriving, Christ-centered ministries. For more than two decades, our focus has been clear: help leaders disciple children effectively so churches grow stronger and local communities are impacted for Christ.
We believe that children are not the church of tomorrow — they are the church of today. When leaders are well trained, children are discipled deeply, families are supported, and the Gospel becomes active in every generation.
Who We Are
K!DS ’n Missions is a leadership training ministry based in Guatemala, focused on equipping children’s ministry leaders to disciple the next generation.
Through our School of Children’s Ministry, we provide structured, biblically grounded training that prepares leaders to build sustainable, Christ-centered ministries within their own churches and communities.
What We Do
We train leaders who:
• Build and strengthen local kids clubs
• Develop Sunday school systems
• Create discipleship pathways for children
• Mentor future ministry workers
• Establish ministry that multiplies
Our three-level certification program provides clarity, progression, and accountability through Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced training.
